You have no one in IT

You have one team to handle day-to-day IT

When no one runs IT, every decision lands back on your desk. Equipment gets bought when the need is urgent, and an outage starts with a search for someone who can help.

We take on servers, networks, backups, security and maintenance. You know where to raise an issue, and the contract sets both the scope and response times.

Animation: every infrastructure connection converges on one person, then spreads across a small team

You have an in-house IT specialist

Your IT team has support when it needs it

One person may know the environment inside out and still be buried in day-to-day requests. The same pressure affects a team of two or three: leave, illness, a resignation or a larger rollout can expose work no one else is free to take on.

We support your existing team within an agreed scope. That can mean taking responsibility for backups, security, networks, servers, P2V migration or on-call cover defined in the contract.

Animation: two ways of working side by side, on the left one boundary covers the whole environment, on the right only part of it while the client team stands beside the rest

You are changing IT providers

You can see what happens between providers

The biggest concern is rarely the new service agreement. It is the passwords, documentation and working knowledge that still sit with your current provider.

You do not want to be caught between two companies when one has stepped away and the other still does not know the environment. A service list in the new contract does not solve that handover risk.

Day-to-day support

Work-stopping issues come first

What stops work sets the order, not the time a ticket arrived. Response times and any on-call cover are written into the contract, so you know the commitment from the start.

Monitoring flags some failures before anyone reports them. Changes go into agreed maintenance windows, and the change plan includes a way to roll them back.

Animation: two timelines share the same rising load curve, on the top one the alert fires only after a user reports it, on the bottom one earlier, at the warning threshold

Contract scope

You decide how much we take on

We can take on all your IT or selected areas where your team needs support.

Servers and storage

We administer server systems, storage and SAN arrays.

Virtualisation

We virtualise servers and desktops and carry out P2V migrations.

Sauvegardes

We set up backups and archiving, then test data restores.

Networks and access

We maintain LAN and WAN networks and VPN connections.

Security and monitoring

We maintain security systems and monitor servers and network devices.

Audits and improvement

We audit your environment, advise on changes, modernise it and train your team. We also design server rooms.

Changing providers

You start with facts you can verify

Access credentials and documentation may still sit with your previous provider. We begin by inventorying the infrastructure, risks and dependencies, then record the access details that have been handed over.

The timing depends on the state of the documentation and what the previous provider supplies. Giving you a date before we know those facts would be guesswork.

Cost of support

You can see what shapes the quote

The price follows the work that actually needs to be covered. Before quoting, we check what you want us to take on and what level of support it needs.

After the conversation, you receive the proposed scope and a billing model based on those findings. Depending on the agreed work, billing can be hourly, task-based, weekly or monthly.

  • Average hours required. We estimate the time needed to support the agreed scope day to day.
  • Skills the work needs. Your scope may involve daily support, SAN storage, P2V migration or security work.
  • Condition and number of sites. We check the infrastructure you are starting with and how many locations need support.
  • On-call scope and responsibility. The cost also reflects the on-call cover and the number of areas we take responsibility for.

FAQ

See how the service fits your situation

Does working with you mean we will no longer need our IT specialist?

No. We can support your existing IT specialist or small team within an agreed scope instead of taking over all IT. We take on the areas where time or specific skills are missing.

We have a physical server. Can you move it to a virtual environment?

Yes. We carry out P2V migrations from physical servers to virtual environments. We define the scope after reviewing the current environment and its dependencies.

Can one contract cover our network, VPN and servers?

Yes. You choose which areas we take on instead of arranging separate support for each one.

What happens if we report an outage at night or over the weekend?

Night and weekend response depends on the on-call cover in your contract. The contract sets both response times and the scope of that cover.

Do you provide training after an audit or modernisation?

Yes. We provide training, audits and consulting. Any of these can be included in the scope agreed after we review what you need.
