Running servers on-premise means fixed costs, limited scalability and hardware risk. As the business grows, infrastructure struggles to keep up, and every upgrade means new spending and more waiting.
Migrating to Azure or Google Cloud flips that logic: compute and storage scale automatically with demand, and we size the environment to be cost-effective, with no spare capacity bought "just in case".
Scope
What our cloud migration covers
We start by analysing your infrastructure with tools such as Azure Migrate, identifying the applications and virtual machines ready to move. Then we choose the right approach: migrating entire virtual machines, applications only, or data only.
We prepare the target environment: virtual machines, virtual networks, storage and security. The migration itself runs on proven tools such as Azure Site Recovery and Azure Data Factory. We also help select Azure and Google Cloud services so the environment stays economical and secure.
Run
How the engagement runs
Every migration is planned to avoid surprises: scope, sequence and schedule are agreed up front, and we configure backups and redundancy, encryption, firewalls and access controls. Security is built into every stage, not added at the end.
After go-live you are not on your own: we monitor the platform with tools such as Azure Monitor, Nagios and Elastic, deliver regular resource utilisation reports and configure auto-scaling that keeps costs under control.
